• WDF is looking for incorporating a charitable/non-tax entity in each and every country of the world 
• WDF is currently in the process of identifying and forming the proposed entity in each country, and to start and run individual country missions WDF needs RESIDENT MISSION DIRECTORS (RMD) 
• WDF feels that the RMD must be individuals, who feel that they must do something for the development of their country by encouraging large trade and investment inflows. The director should be sufficiently educated (Higher the better), well known in government and private sectors in his country as well as overseas, should be a matured person should have either actual experience in the Japanese Trading Houses/or inclined to dabble (no age restrictions), willing to dedicate his life in the cause of his country's and thereby global development 
• WDF salaries and perks are the best in the industry and in line with multilateral funding agencies like World Bank, European Bank, Caribbean Development Bank etc. 
• WDF RMD will travel extensively nationally/internationally in creating, executing and evaluating large projects involving large financial outlays 
• WDF RMD is expected to run his operation with total flexibility on a self-financed basis. Getting results will be a key factor 
• WDF RMD's nearly 210 of them will form the international council and each RMD has one vote, and equal say in the global matters. WDF will have no permanent HQ; will have a virtual HQ

(c) a 2500 words document on his country's development and how he/WDF can contribute in this activity and 
(d) a photograph

The write up must include projects which are current and will be in the near future, two way trading and investment opportunities, and any other relevant justification for WDF to open its office in that country All documentation will be kept strictly confidential and if selected all RMD's must be ready to sign a mutual NCND and TOR agreements.
